Notes:
  A CO/O refinary requires no deployment and very little control 
  equipment.
  It is preferable to use solids for long term storage, as they essentialy 
  can't leak and could be stacked outside without any tanks, etc.

    Pits dug into soil, filled with carbon and covered with a corrugated 
    iron sheet to exclude wind (acheson graphite better than lampblack).
  Short term:
    Tanks of carbon monoxide
    Tanks of oxygen
    Pumped storage
    Tanks of compressed CO2
  Emergency:
    Bottled diborane
    Artillery primary cells

FOOD
  Vegetables from greenhouses
  Meat by resupply

POWER
  Transmission:
    HTDC overhead lines
  Distribution:
    500cps, 415V, three phase
    Water or carbon suboxide hydraulics

  Carbon / Oxygen lythergolic rockets (iron casings)
